  My son bought a car a 2005 Honda S2000 with them back in or around August 2017 within 3 months his car broke down completely my son had to purchase a motor to put in his car so when he was about to replace it he realized the motor in the car wasn’t the one that was advertised to be on there so I called them and told them what the problem was so the sales person said it was an as is purchase I said you sold us a car with the wrong motor so I’ll see you in court a while after the GM Jacob calls us back and said he would look for the motor that was supposed to be in there and replace it I said great that’s all we want then he calls back and says we will pay for half of the cost of the motor and we said no way after all the conversation he finally agreed to pay the whole cost.... a few days later the car was picked up motor was replaced we went to pick up the car took our mechanic to inspect it I walk in he hands my son the car keys to test drive it everything seemed fine in the car except the the radiator over flow tank was broken I went inside and told the GM if he can come outside and witness and maybe write down what we found wrong with the car his response was I’m not a mechanic I said you don’t need to be a mechanic to write down what we’re finding wrong with the car and yet he still didn’t go outside not once after all the back and forth we all went inside to conclude and sign the agreement so I started asking questions asking about a warranty which we didn’t get and said we just replaced it with a $4300 motor I guess I was supposed to be impressed with them putting a motor that was supposed to be in there in the first place my son asked if he had the car fax he said yes my son asked to see it the GM said no it costs money if you have $40 I’ll show it to you he was just rude arrogant and not helpful at all and instead of looking at my son and I who bought a $21,000 car off them he was on his phone I don’t understand how this guy is a General Manager no manners no customer service just a jerk please be careful when buying a car from them I highly recommend taking a mechanic you trust to inspect the car. And to finalize when we left (with the broken radiator overflow tank) he still has the nerve to congratulate us on the purchase of the car after all the ordeal we went through with them.
